For a curious mind who has been into cryotherapy, I've tried all sort of DIYs over time and now its finally time for this, I actually secretly been wishing and looking for a way to not just drop a grand just to see if I'll actually stick with it, anyway like a little answered prayer, I came across a couple people on YouTube using all sorts of DIY setups, and it got me wondering if I could change the world with a garbage bin
I'm talking about a basic heavy duty rubbermaid style bin, maybe 32 gallons or so, would obviously clean it out first and maybe put in a chiller or just cycle ice for now, but...my main concern is durability, like cracking from cold, tipping over, or it just not holding up after a few uses.
Well there have been others do this anyway, I may not be the first so thoughts, suggestions, concerns? really appreciated
