Is cold plunging before bed a good idea?

I'm new to cold plunging and I want some advice from those more experienced. I usually struggle with hot, humid nights and was wondering if doing a cold plunge 1-2 hours before bed could help me stay cooler through the night and during early sleep. Is that a good approach?

I've struggled with hot, sticky nights too and trying a cold plunge before bed really helped me cool down and sleep better. Doing it an hour or two before hitting the sack lowers your body temp and makes it easier to fall asleep, especially when the humidity's brutal. Just keep the plunge short and don't make it freezing cold, too much shock can mess with you. Its a simple trick, but it made a big difference for me on those rough nights.
