Issues with this cold plunge tub

So we've got this Michael Phelps cold plunge tub, the tub the looks good but the other parts seemed cheap and flimsy for a $9000 unit.

also, there's this advertised scheduling feature in the app did not work, it forces the unit to run 24/7. When attempting to use the heating function, it took over 18 hours to reach 100 degrees which was longer than advertised before displaying E20 and E21 error codes, then eventually E03, which makes it unusable.

Did I just waste my money on this? bec even the customer service is not that helpful. anyone else having issues? I'm not ready to throw my money away just yet.

How does a $9K cold plunge tub come with flimsy parts, app bugs, and constant errors...and still pass quality control? Really makes you question the company's priorities

Yeah, my cousin is in the exact same boat as you, with the only difference being he got a lot more errors than just two. Last time we spoke he mentioned that he was deined warranty for whatever reason and he'll try to escalate things with the bank because he paid with a credit card and was delivered a defective unit. Not sure how that works, thouhg.

One of my friends went all out and bought a fancy plunge, and while it looked incredible, it quickly became a hassle in terms of support. He made sure to take screenshots and keep a record of everything, and ultimately, he managed to get part of his money back through his credit card company. If things don't get better for you, it might be a good idea to consider that option
