Okay so I got my Cold Plunge as gift from my husband since I use it for recovery after gymnastics trainings. I recently saw that it recommended to replace the carbon filter every 3 months but guess what, mine's been sitting there close to 14 months.. eek! So I guess my question is, anyone here actually swapping it that often? Any difference in the water?

I swap mine every 3–6 months depending on usage, since old filters lose effectiveness and can let gunk build up. If your water's getting cloudy, smelly, or foamy, that's a sign it's time! A fresh filter can make a big difference in clarity and hygiene.

Yeah, that's a long stretch. most folks swap it every 3 months for a reason. You'll probably notice clearer water and less smell once you change it. Id replace it now and keep an eye on how the water holds up.
