I've been seeing a bunch of "shower pod" threads popping up on various forums lately, and it's got me really curious.

I stumbled upon what looks like a new, budget friendly DIY cold shower product from The Pod Company. Yeah, they call it a "Shower Pod," and apparently, it filters your shower through ice.

I haven't personally seen this specific one before, and it only has one review on their site, with pretty much no mention anywhere else.

My main question is, has anyone here actually tried this specific "Shower Pod" or something similar that uses ice?
Also, what are we looking at cost wise for these types of setups? I'm trying to figure out if it's worth taking the plunge.

Thanks for any experiences or insights!

Haven't tried that model, but similar ice-filtering setups usually run anywhere from $250–$600 depending on materials and plumbing tweaks. I heard they're great for post-workout recovery but can be tricky to refill and maintain temp.
